Proposal: Unite the whole of Humanity to provide a unified system of governance. Revolutionize health care, education, and every interwoven sector of society to reflect Cosmic Values. These values espouse the unity of humanity, the oneness of the Universe, the sacredness of Earth, and a respect for all Life.
(This is a proposal designed to help generate the early associations which lead to Global Unified Governance and its deliberate development. This proposal is by no means exhaustive, nor comprehensive, but provides the impetus for further deliberation and generation from all people on Earth.)

- Currency/Economic System – Global Currency to facilitate coordination, trade and efficiency.
- Infrastructure – Interwoven infrastructure development, increasing connections between previously demarcated regions.
- Renewable Energy Infrastructure
- Social Service Programs – Innovative programs for the benefit of humanity.
- Intergalactic Space Travel Program – ISTP – Global program involving all regions of Earth which pursue the development of intergalactic space travel from a research based and application based perspective.
- Earth Services Department- Programs designed to care for Earth and all its lifeforms.

Proposal: Transcontinental Highway – A singular act which will symbolize our commitment to unification. The crossroads of Patagonia to Alaska…unto Russia and beyond. Through China, central Asia, then Sudan, unto the tip of Africa. This highway will allow a person to drive from the tip of South America to the far reaches of Europe and Africa.
Problems: The Darien Gap, The Bering Strait, and a variety of other political and geographical obstacles.
Solutions: The overarching understanding of the symbolic importance of the highway. Compassionate council with every party involved to allow joint participation and input. (especially the Guna, Emberá, and Wounaan at the Darien)
