The ICC envisions a society non-pollutive, uplifting, free from poverty, oppression and every injustice. The ICC believes society should also recognize the Earth as a sacred shared space amongst all peoples.

Love is the primary function of the ICC’s framework. Community, peace and prosperity are its aims.
Love, harmony, peace and justice are central values at the ICC. The ICC is not only a place for scientific and technological innovation and breakthrough, but also a place for spiritual harmony and enlightenment. In the ICC, nature is wedded with technology. Spiritual harmony with the Universe is the highest principle at the ICC. Bringing about a global, galactic and intergalactic civilization in harmony with the Cosmos is one of the foundational questions and focal points of all endeavors, undertakings and arisings at the ICC. It is encouraged that each individual at the ICC find paradise, whether through their strivings or relinquishing of strivings, or the transcendence of dichotomy.

Yoga, Meditation, Prayer, Religiosity, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Science, Cosmic History, Dietetics/Kinesiology, Medicine, Intergalactic Space Travel, Instrumentation, Music, Transformative Conflict Management, Artificial Intelligence, Advance Holographics, Sacred Earth Studies, Artistry, and any other explorative, experimental and innovate domain of studies which is interdisciplinary in nature.
Tentative locations for campus…
Wyoming, Oregon, Washington, California, Canada, Ethiopia, Maine.
This is the calculation of the cost to build a campus from scratch with a school headquarters which also houses many classrooms and research areas. This campus will also have a dormitory large enough for 500 students. There also needs to be a separate building for a library with over 2 million books and other research and entertainment materials. There will also be a gymnasium with a workout facility, basketball courts, tennis courts, weight training rooms and other workout amenities. Also, a non-denominational temple will be included. Materials used for each building will be granite and white marble with gold veins. All buildings will be state of the art and fashioned with solar panels. There will also be a wind farm on the property. A community garden will be present as well. Total cost of such a project ranges from 250 million to 500 million dollars.

I had begun writing Bearers of Light in early 2023, but was satisfied with this and maybe will finish it later. It was to be the sequel to The Book of Rosiah. I share it with you in this article because it describes a Cosmic Age, an intergalactic empire, the ethos underpinning it, and even some of the designs for building constructions. Enjoy!

Bearers of Light
As Rosiah lay on his bed, at the seat of the Galactic empire, Earth. He recounted to his grandson…Obadiah. “Let me tell you of the course of events…of how Zion has become, and expanded through the galactic seas, and imparted the truth to all beings. Let me tell you from the time Arnan was born and the third temple was built, the course of the events, and how your father helped to expand the Empire…and how humanity was saved in its time of crisis and became Bearers of Light. Let me recount this true story unto you now, so that you may pass down this history to your son, and his son thereafter. Hearken to my word.”
Rosiah began to build, he made implements from pure light and gathered his counsel in righteousness by the blessings of the sun and balm of the night.
Humanity’s eyes were opened. No longer were there nations, but a continuous global village. The Cosmic age approached.
Religiosity was one. Race was no longer specified. Regions were melded unto. Europe became of Africa and Africa of Europe. The skies were finally seen, non-sectarian. The gardens of Atlantis were now the gardens of Jerusalem. Rosiah sat upon his throne and prayed.
“Oh Yahweh, by thy light, by thy might, by thy grace…what course is there for us, who have committed so much ill, now that our eyes have come afresh, to the love of thy bounty. You have graced us with this peace. Our unity is light. What is our course…sail this Earth ship forth, my Lord.”
Yahweh speaks, “It is written since the inception, of this moment and progression, that ye would bear this light unto the galaxy and beyond. Go forth now, and spread this seed to distant worlds, to distant star systems and unite them, one with thee…one with humanity. All beings shall know my light. And thy kingdom will stretch much further. Go now and carry forth my will from your loins.”
Rosiah’s eyes opened on the throne of Mount Zion, and gazed over Jerusalem, filled with light.
He sounded a transcendental trumpet, from the caves of Macphelah, where they had found a golden shophar.
The frequency ordered alignment, even greater levels of faith, and a golden symphony was humming. Several chiefs and advisers from the four corners of the Earth set course for Rosiah’s palace.
Soon thereafter, were assembled 40 masters, Taoist sages, Imams and Priests, who now ascribed to the one faith, of the one God almighty, Yahweh…Lord of all names.
Rosiah poured for them a beverage, it was pearly golden with a bubble. It was neither sugary, nor intoxicating, but was pure refreshment…made from almonds and macadamia. Blessed by priests of his inner counsel.
They drank and conversed of plans to completely uplift humanity from all its ills.
Rosiah spoke thus:
“Assemble the statisticians, the scientists and artists, the publishers, writers and dancers…assemble the artisans and musicians, and build a major complex…plant there gardens and build a gym…open the halls with freshened incense. And supply them with billions. Have them work on developing quantum computers and intergalactic space engines.”
“Assemble rhetoricians, poets and the dreamers…assemble the lovers and workers of stone, the hewers of wood, the botanists and painters…assemble the photographers and directors of film, and build them a complex embedded in the first one, and have them in seamless convergence. Set therein a hall with crystal windows, open to the sun rays and have chairs etched in ebony with ivory inscription. Here is the standard…all life is protected…all life is sacred. No more pollution, no more exploitation…exploration, ingenuity and love. All humanity shall be provided housing, clothing, food, health care and education. By the light of the One. Selah.
“Set therein a temple in the center, by the light of the One, non-denominational, but Muslim, Christian, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist, Taoist, Zarathustrian, Indigenous and every other, who acknowledges the One, transcending Earthly schism. Now Earth is One enmeshed.”
“Duplicate this model in every land, on every continent, by every city, and fund each one with billions. Let them connect with each other via digital transmission.”
“On the grounds build another building for the education of all people, from youth unto the elders. A new university, which seeks wholistic harmony. As oneness reigns, so do the disciplines enmesh with each other.”
“In every town therein build a hospital, make it fragrant with roses and lilies. Set therein paintings of beauteous wonderings. Have there leather sofas to recline, and herbal remedies from the forests, with the most refined instruments of analysis to diagnose. Staff them with lovers of the One, and set therein an edict…By love and grace, and the guidance of the One, cometh healing.
“Have them in constant contact with the other complexes to ignite ingenuity. For all innovations will cascade appropriately in unison. Let there not be any infighting, for all shall be provided for. Humanity will be lifted from this crisis.”
And the 40 masters filled with Light, upon their light, held up their chalices and toasted to the journey, which would certainly bear fruit.
